چکیده

Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play a multifaceted role in transcriptional regulation, and the potential molecular regulatory mechanisms of lncRNAs lncRNA–miRNA–mRNA networks body color formation are great significance for its selective breeding. Therefore, lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA ceRNA network red- black-colored Plectropomus leopardus were identified analyzed. Sequencing analyses 167 differentially expressed (DELs) between P. , including 89 upregulated 78 downregulated DELs red-colored group (false discovery rate (FDR) < 0.05 |log 2 FC| > 1). Differentially miRNA (DEM), genes (DEG), DEL found 605 125 negatively co-expressed miRNA–mRNA pairs lncRNA–miRNA pairs, respectively. Further correlation analysis with Spearman’s coefficient >0.9 as threshold 3,721 lncRNA–mRNA pairs. Then, competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) 325 (p 0.05) was obtained. Gene Ontology (GO) Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment DEGs showed that melanin metabolic process, lipid metabolism, immune-related enriched. The provided interactions among lncRNAs, miRNAs, mRNAs extended foundation formation.

Molecular changes in skin pigmented lesions of the coral trout Plectropomus leopardus.

A high prevalence of skin pigmented lesions of 15% was recently reported in coral trout Plectropomus leopardus, a commercially important marine fish, inhabiting the Great Barrier Reef. Herein, fish were sampled at two offshore sites, characterised by high and low lesion prevalence. A transcriptomic approach using the suppressive subtractive hybridisation (SSH) method was used to analyse the dif...

In Silico Comparative Transcriptome Analysis of Two Color Morphs of the Common Coral Trout (Plectropomus Leopardus)

The common coral trout is one species of major importance in commercial fisheries and aquaculture. Recently, two different color morphs of Plectropomus leopardus were discovered and the biological importance of the color difference is unknown. Since coral trout species are poorly characterized at the molecular level, we undertook the transcriptomic characterization of the two color morphs, one ...

Auditory and olfactory abilities of larvae of the Indo-Pacific coral trout Plectropomus leopardus (Lacepède) at settlement

Auditory and olfactory abilities of settlement-stage larvae of the coral trout Plectropomus leopardus (Pisces: Serranidae) were tested electrophysiologically to determine if these senses are sufficiently developed to aid larvae in detection of settlement habitats on coral reefs. Plectropomus leopardus larvae detected sounds from 100 to 2000 Hz with hearing most sensitive at the frequencies of 1...

Identification of module biomarkers from the dysregulated ceRNA-ceRNA interaction network in lung adenocarcinoma.

Competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) represents a novel layer of gene regulation that plays important roles in the physiology and development of diseases such as cancer and its dysregulation could contribute to cancer pathogenesis. Here, we have proposed a computational method to systematically identify genome-wide dysregulated ceRNA-ceRNA interactions by integrating microRNA regulation with expr...
